Joanna has been professionally cooking for over 10 years in various restaurants in Europe and Los Angeles. Her team has run both public and private cooking classes in hotels, homes, restaurants, and offices and would love to delight you for your next event.
She has also teamed up with Cozymeal and Cocusocial to provide in-home and on-site cooking classes for groups of 2-26 people. If you don’t see an available class on these sites, Joanna can schedule one with you. Please use the contact form below.
The dirty details:
Classes are 2-3 hours in length. They can be made hands-on, or demonstration only (so you don’t get dirty).
Prices range from $65 to $125 per person and include all necessary equipment and ingredients. Wine pairings can be arranged for an additional cost.
Joanna teaches a variety of Mediterranean and Latin classes. Some are just one dish, others are full menus. Here is a list of a few of the most popular classes:
