The way Healthy Bowls works:
First, we get to know you, what you like, and what you don’t. What are your goals? How often do you want these meals. We can customize your meals to include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Then, you begin receiving our meals. For $45 a day, you will receive 3 portioned, nutritionally rich, and fully cooked meals to your doorstep (from 6pm to 6am). We will discuss what time works best for you. A $6 charge will be added to all deliveries.
If you just want dinners or lunch, we can arrange that too.
All meals will come with instructions for reheating and in cute to-go containers. The food will also come in a chill bag tote with ice packs to keep the food cold.
Below are some of our sample meals. They are not a specific diet, but all plant-forward, meaning they contain lots of vegetables. If you are into Paleo or Keto or low-fat, we will be happy to adjust meals to fit your needs. All nutritional data can be provided upon request.
*All dishes can be made vegetarian, vegan, or low-carb. Just ask 😉
**We use local and sustainable produce whenever possible. Our meat and chicken are always vegetarian fed, natural with no additives. We believe “You are what you eat,” so it has to be the best.
