After 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I discovered that I am more of a food counselor than a chef. I enjoy the process of cooking without rushing and I care about wellness, helping my clients create healthy habits in the kitchen that will ultimately benefit them and those they feed. After earning a degree in Nutrition and my culinary degree in France, I returned home so that I can bring people together and teach them something new.
